Terms of Service
Last updated: 21 August 2026
1. The service
Vireon AI is a software platform that plans, generates, stores and optionally publishes AI-generated video content. By creating an account you agree to these terms.
Needs your input: The contracting legal entity, its registered address and the governing law / jurisdiction clause still need to be provided.
2. Your account
You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information, for keeping your credentials secure, and for all activity performed with your account, including automated activity by AI Employees you activate.
3. Credits and paid usage
- Generation consumes credits. Vireon shows the credit requirement before starting a paid generation.
- A generation is charged when the underlying providers are invoked. Retries reuse assets that were already paid for wherever technically possible.
- Credits are for use inside Vireon and are not a store of monetary value.
Needs your input: Refund, cancellation, taxation and billing-dispute terms need company and legal input before publication.
4. Your content
You keep ownership of the briefs, prompts and files you upload. You grant Vireon the licence needed to process them in order to produce, store, preview and — where you enabled it — publish the resulting media on your behalf.
Subject to these terms and to the terms of the underlying model providers, output generated for your account is yours to use. You are responsible for confirming that your use of an output is lawful in your market.
5. Acceptable use
You may not use Vireon to create or publish:
- content that infringes someone else's intellectual property or privacy rights;
- sexual content involving minors, or any other illegal material;
- harassment, hate speech, or content inciting violence;
- deceptive impersonation of real people or organisations, including misleading synthetic likenesses;
- spam, misleading claims, or content that violates the rules of a connected social platform.
We may suspend accounts that breach this section.
6. AI output
AI output can be inaccurate, unexpected or unsuitable for your purpose. Vireon provides review tools, but you remain responsible for what you approve, download or publish. Autopilot publishing means you have authorised Vireon to publish generated content without individual review.
7. Third-party platforms
Connecting a social account is optional. When connected, publishing is subject to that platform's own terms and rate limits, and the platform may reject or remove content independently of Vireon.
8. Availability
The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Model providers, rendering services and social platforms can change or fail, which can delay or interrupt generations and publishing.
9. Termination
You may stop using Vireon and request deletion of your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms or for legal reasons.
10. Liability and governing law
Needs your input: Warranty disclaimers, liability caps, indemnity and the governing-law clause require your legal counsel and the company's jurisdiction; they are intentionally left blank rather than invented.
11. Contact
Questions about these terms can be sent through our contact page.
