Vireon AI ("Vireon", "we", "us") provides an AI platform that plans, generates and schedules short-form video content on behalf of its users.

• Account data — email address, display name and authentication identifiers created when you sign up or sign in.
• Content you provide — briefs, prompts, uploaded images and any settings you configure for an AI Employee or Studio generation.
• Generated media — images, audio and video files produced for your account, plus the metadata describing how they were produced.
• Usage and billing records — credit balances, credit transactions, generation history and technical logs needed to operate and debug the service.
• Connected social accounts — when you connect a social platform, we store the account identifier, handle and the access tokens required to publish on your behalf.

• To generate, store and deliver the media you request.
• To operate scheduling and automatic publishing for AI Employees you activate.
• To meter credits, prevent abuse and support billing.
• To provide support and to diagnose technical failures.

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use your prompts or generated media for advertising.

To produce a video, parts of your brief and generated assets are sent to third-party AI and media providers that act as processors for us — currently model providers for text and image generation, voice synthesis, AI video generation and video rendering, plus our cloud database, storage and hosting providers. Each provider receives only what is required for its step.

If you connect a social account, we request only the permissions needed to read your basic account information and to publish the videos you (or an AI Employee you activated) approved. Tokens are stored encrypted and are used only for your account. You can disconnect an account at any time in Settings, which revokes Vireon's ability to publish further content.

Account data is retained while your account exists. Generated media and their metadata are retained until you delete them or delete your account. Technical logs are kept for a limited period for security and debugging.

You can access and update your profile, delete individual generated assets, disconnect social accounts, and request deletion of your account and its data. Depending on where you live you may have additional statutory rights over your personal data.

Media is stored in private buckets and served through short-lived signed links. Access is scoped to your account, and publishing tokens are stored encrypted.
